Cancellation policy
We understand that situations may arise that require an amendment or cancellation of a booking. We ask that you carefully read through the following cancellation policy:
- 50% of the booking is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- The balance is charged 7 days prior to arrival.
- All payments are non-refundable once received.
- If guests fail to arrive or do not stay for the full number of booked nights no refund will be provided.
Deposit bond
To confirm your booking, we require a non refundable deposit of $100 upon booking.
Terms and Conditions
To ensure our properties are not over capacity we have set limits for each home. To prevent problems of discomfort to our guests, we do not allow any more people in the premises than quoted. The owner/agent may immediately cancel the booking & evict without refund if this condition is not adhered to.
Tents, caravans or swags (unless approved), are NOT PERMITTED on the property. Guests acknowledge that the property is for private holiday use and that they need to be mindful of the neighbours.

Bookings
All bookings are accepted by the agent in good faith but may be subject to change or cancellation by the owner, prior to the commencement of the booking. If cancellations occur, for any reason, all monies paid by the guests shall be refunded, and neither the owner nor the agent are responsible for securing alternative accommodation.

The key pickup details will be emailed out 3 days prior to arrival.
To enable us to service the property between occupants we ask that you vacate by
the time on your booking letter (unless approval has been received). Failure to do so will incur an additional day’s rental, which will be deducted from the card details given.
If the keys are lost or misplaced by the guests, the guest is responsible for the cost of any key replacement.
On departure, please ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off (e.g. air- conditioner, lights in general, etc.), all windows and doors are closed and locked.
